for 10 years i have used ATS Consultants. They have a guarantee if they do not show profits in their big Lock Club Package you get a gurantee refund. well since i wanted a chance they kept convincing me to use it as credit towards other packages. now after jan 2013-feb 2014 i show -99 units or over $4,000 in losses and the fees over $2,000 i paid for their gurantee. i want some sort of refund. Jordan Runco, and Scotty Lucas both failed to respond to any of my emails over the last 4 months about this type of issue and the losings. Football pro and college, Baseball Pro, Horse Racing, March Madness.  Now jordan says that you only refund is from private  clubs well i was in the horse private club they avoid that satement no repsonse to that. they wouldnt even after 4 emails to see if they were honest, how well we did in football avaoided the question. because it was a total failure. Now online they put up winning tickets in Las Vegas when jordan was a writer for a magazine i believe on their website showing huge winnings, an investigation showed that Vegas wouldnt even allow those amounts. False Advertisement. also on internet another client posted that he didnt show profits had to prove in a spreadsheet the results cause ATS was unwilling to creidt him back as well cause Bob Chase, Jordan and others lied to him. they told me if they cannot show profit on lock club its a gurantee but they try to credit other clubs, i am sooo sick of losing with them over $6,000 in last 2 years. I want a refund. 

 I have been in financial packages many times and shown losses and what does ats do they lie and say just add to another package, their write up shows they honor financial package refunds so i want those back over the last 10 years.

The good news about online reviews is that clients can post their experiences about companies they deal with for the world to see. The bad news about online reviews is that clients can post anything they want for the world to see . . . truth or slander.  ATS has been around for over 22 years and has thousands of active clients relying on our picks. 

Note that we will not engage in a back and forth exchange like it appears you want us to do after emailing over 100 times with false accusations and threats. We responded to each of your initial emails; however, we ceased to respond after your continuous threats to slander our company and demands that we change our policies. Since you felt it necessary to post here, we will do the same - one time.

You say that you have been with our company for 10 years. Our records indicate that your first transaction was August 12, 1998 - almost 16 years ago. I think that speaks volumes in itself. That's a very long time and we appreciate your commitment and loyalty through the years. The facts are that you had 14 winning seasons of those 16 you were with us.

Of the couple of times that we had a flat season, we offered you a considerable discount based on your loyalty and our results. While we aren't perfect, we have certainly won many more years than we have lost, winning 19 of the past 22 years overall.

Your claim that we offer a money-back guarantee on the Lock Club is false. We do not offer any money back for an off season of the Lock Club. With regards to the Insiders Club, our entry level program, we do offer a money-back guarantee found in writing on all of our mailings and on our website. We have in the past, and will continue, to honor this guarantee if we produce a losing season. But the Lock Club is not the Insider's Club; you know the difference and have known the difference for 16 years.

We do, however, stand behind the Lock Club and depending on the overall results of the client, make sure we make good on their investment by extending service to ensure a profit.

As in the case with last season: we started out strong, hit a rough patch in the middle, and finished strongly while showing a marginal profit overall. This is why we extended an opportunity for you to come back for a 17th year. Send constructive response to [email protected].
