This starts in April of 2001 when I cancelled my AT&T service, because I did not TERMINATE my service they still billed me for calls from April 24-May 23,2001. My long distant carrier was SouthWestern Bell and they also billed me for the same calls but by much less. SWBell did credit me some but not all, and instead of fighting I gave in and paid AT&T $105.90 on July 24, 2001.

I thought it was over, far from it, they turned me into collections on Sept.20,2001, I faxed a copy of the check to them and them thought it was over. Well as of April 12, 2002 they again turned me into collections. I called them and they stated this was a seperate bill, how could it be a seperate bill when I cancelled my services over and over.

I do not owe this money if anything they owe me for all the hassle and bad credit reports I'm getting from this mess. We talked to numerous AT&T people and none of them know what is going on. Well this is a big rip off scam and I will be turning them into the Attorney General.
