A T.& T. offers what appears to be great hard to believe promotion for TV Internet and Phone. When you order, you will receive an order detail of the services you're requesting. It is vary straightforward and honest. I liked the offer because it was much cheaper than Com Cast by $100 a month.  When my first bill came it included charges for installation and connection fees and more,  THAT were NOT disclosed in the order detail. I called them and the girl that answered assured me that she would correct anything and everything. This was repeated until I asked her to stop talking and start fixing. She informed me that everything was in order and the extra charges could not be removed. She refused to talk about the differences in the order and the accrual bill. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that would not help that the bill was correct and nothing could be done.

Now they want a $90 disconnect fee. This is a buyer beware case, but I say just don't buy from AT&T
