A few months ago, I was sent a letter stating that I can borrow $19,000.00 for 3.99%. I said That's fantasticwe really didn't need it at that moment but it was a good deal, so I made the call to see if this was really true.

I called and a Gentleman got on the phone. I asked him if this was a real statement showing we could obtain this money, as stated above, for this low interest rate of 3.99%. He said Yes.

As far as I was concerned, the deal was done and I verified all the information, necessary to get the check mailed to us.

I was to be mailed a letter of the terms for this and 30 days to cancel. I NEVER received the terms!

BUT AH, wait.now started the Upsell for a policy, for protecting this account for numerous items and at first I declined. The gentleman (Irshad3776) keep repeating, over and Over again how inexpensive this was.

I finally said after 5 or 6 times.are you sure that this rate is but a FEW DOLLARS a month? I mean 4 or 5 dollars a month on $19,000.00 seems like a great deal and I think that is fine.4 or 5 dollars a month???, that's good, I Repeated and he agreed many times that the cost was low.

Now I receive the first bill. When I received this bill, I saw this Charge of 155.99, never realizing that it was going to be every month, Surely not what I agreed to! So I called customer service and Got Chad7E436...and he assured me this was for the "whole" loan. I hung up and I thought that was done. Of Course, He Lied. Because the 30 day period, to cancel would be overBut I never realized, till now. I thought it was a good deal, again, Now that was $3.00 a month, certainly affordable. If it was true. They Lied. Below is that first bill

This is like paying 50% of the actual monthly payment, that is absurd! I would HAVE NEVER AGREED TO THAT!!! NO ONE WOULD!

On to the second billing.Now I see that Hoy BoyThe rooked me.this IS an astronomical monthly charge

NOW...I see the Charge, again...but looking closer it is NOT formatted the way the first bill was done...It NOW shows the two "Combined" Obviously from my prior months inquiry and their ability to try and disguise the billing separations. Again a shady kind of deal. They Tell me, now, They shall remove the "Charges" and release me from that crooked "Protection Program" to return my $300.00 When, at the end of the conversation...I asked for the names...These are what they gave me (mind you, every call I made, these people DO NOT EXSIST!

Bertha 15707 and Simmons TELT327, They all agreed that this Plan was never to be Targeted towards such high Balancesand only at the smaller, Much smaller Plans and apologized and would be correcting this all by next month!

On to the 3RD billing whereas the Protection Policy has NOW been removed..But still NO REPLACEMENT of the $300.00 (Again, NEVER was a terms of service sent to meOne fellow, commented, QUOTE Oh, there is a little mistake in your address, here, let me fix it

Gee, I can say that too, about them, RIGHT??? RIGHT! But I would never, unless they did, Shame on them! Horrible tactics, if you ask anyone!

OK how do we get the recording (If it even exists) because they are calling me a liar, whereas, they6 did all the lyingright from the Up-sell

AND I WOULD NEVER BELIEVE THAT LIE! That is a play on wordsI WANT TO HAVE A THIRD PARTY HEAR THAT TAPEand Not to believe the thieves, themselves, that's stupid!

Ok OKas you can see by the above letter just received.they NEVER had any intention of returning the money the cheated me out of. The Payments were near $400.00 but protection would be $150.00 per month? That's NUTS and If I Missed itthey never sent me the terms of service! (remember, They had my address slightly wrong in on conversation with them) The Original Salesman IS lying and YES I agreed to the policy because it was only around 5 Dollars a monthI was sold this under FALSE PRETENSES!and I asked MANY times, Too good to be trueYEP, it was. AT&T robbed me and my family of $300.00.

This Needs everyone's attention. In the wake of Ameriquest and other companies like MetLife and Credit cards companies ripping off the publicsomeone has to catch them!

1. NEVER do any deal over the phone, ALWAYS have them send you the details in writing FIRST. 2."Credit Insurance" is always sold as a premium per hundred dollars of balance per month. 3. "Credit Insurance" is ALWAYS a BAD deal for the borrower. The real benefit is to the lender, so why not let them pay for it? Remember, NEVER do deals over the phone. Phone calls never existed when it comes to having a problem fixed.
