Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My bill shows 2 calls on 6/6 at 4:47 to the same number. The first one is for 217 minutes and the second one is for 1 minute.

AT&T said that the 217 minute call could be because I had received an incoming call and didn't hang up??? However, there are no incoming calls during that time. They said I could have switched towers during the 1 minute call?? The call was to my gargbage company.

Anyway all I could get out of them was that 'the bill support reviewer' said that the system was correct but wouldn't provide any further information or let me speak to anyone else.

This incorrect error of 217 minutes was costing $89.

I told them they were stealing from me. After 3 days and 20 minutes, I was finally given a one time 'courtesy' credit - even though there was an obvious system/billing error and they refused to let me speak with anyone higher, especially the elusive 'bill support review group' that deemed both the 217 minute call & the following 1 minute call made at the same time to the same number to be valid.

How is this a rip off? What if all customers were charge even $5.00 over their normal minutes and knew it was incorrect but customer service made it so painful and kept referring to the 'review group' but could provide no proof. For all I know it was some guy looking at the same thing I was looking at... "nope, she must have made 2 calls at the same time to the same place with the 3 1/2 hour call coming before the 1 minute call"-

They make it very difficult to refund obvious errors.
