My daughter accidently locked her SIM card on her Go Phone. I went to AT&T's website and entered everything I was asked for to fix the problem (PUK code needed). I got to the PUK unlock page and the info given was worthless. I called AT&T customer service and was never given an option to speak with a rep. I just kept getting sent around in circles. I finally called an AT&T store and they said I would need to purchase a new SIM card for $25. The one I have is less than a year old. This is ridiculous. I will purchase a service contract from Verizon Wireless before I will EVER deal with AT&T again. They pull these stunts to try to force you to purchase their contract phones to avoid these aggravations. I am done with AT&T wireless.
