when changed area code due to my relocation I was overcharged for the month and still that extra billing always is attached to my new bill every month. This is the third month that this has happened so I am not going to pay them and let them take me to court. I am totally disgusted with that company. They had also done the same things when I had them on my landline long distance service. I thought that I would give them a second chance but to no awail!
They ended up paying me $100.00 just to get me back and I am tired of playing games with them. They had a promotion going at the time for 10 cents/minute where their long distance charge was 25 cents/min normally.
Well that lasted a whole year then suddenly they jacked the price up on me without notifying, even though when I had spoken with their sales rap offering the new rate she had specifically assured me that the offer hed no expiration date.
As I said after one year when they increased the rate on me I called them and their response was that they didn't know that I wanted to continue with the promotion so they had changed it back! I don't know if they think the public is comprised of complete fools or morons.
So you see they are now on my most distrusted phone company list!
