At&t wireless company has lied to me, never informed me about a verbal contract and i did not sign no papers for a written contract. They told me since i changed my plan i added 1 more year to my contract. They lied to me by saying i never called them to cancell my service. They charged me 350.00 dollars for cancelling.

The customer service reps are rude and where yelling at me on the phone. I even talked to 3 different supervisors and they gave me 3 different stories. I have gotten threats over the phone. They ignore my questions. Told me i haven't made a payment in 120 days but i consolidated my bills and they have been getting payments from the consolidation company. Hung up on me.

So many things to go on with it just maked me so made and frustrated i could scream and i told them if it wasn't straightened out i was calling my lawyer and they said well go right ahead we don't care. I am so tired of companies think they own us something has to be done. And people warned me about them and one of the customer service reps agreed about the company how bad it was at once.

I hate dealing with celluar companies, too. However, there is not much you can do. If you go back and read your contract, it will tell you that everytime you change your plan in any way, be it online, by telephone, or mail, it is extending your contract by one year. I don't know what you can do about the early cancellation fee. Usually they don't budge on that sort of thing. Also, be wary of debt consolidation companies. You may have just started on the program for a month or two, and have been making payments, but they are very slow to apply payments, and some companies may not see that payment for a couple of months due to the contracts that need to be worked out and signed between the two companies. Trust me. I've been through it. Sorry.
