ON NOVEMBER 29 I HAD INTALLED  MY NEW UVERSE INTERNET SERVICE AFTER THIS NEW SERVICE I CANCEL MY OLD DSL BUT THEY CONTINUE CHARCHING FOR BOTH NEW INTERENT SERVICE AND MY OLD INTERNET SERVICE PLUS MY BASIC TELEPHONE SERVICE,ON JANUARY 4 2013  WHEN I DID CALL TO ATT TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES THEY DISCONECT MY TELEPHONE SERVICE THEY ARGUED IT WAS BY MISTAKE BUT THIS HAPPEN AFTER I DIDNT TAKE ANY OF SUPPOSTED SPECIALS LIKE CABLE, PHONE  AND INTERNET ALL IN ONE PAKAGE OR ANY OTHER ONE, I ASK TO KEEP MY BASIC SERVICE NO LONG DISTANCE WE NEVER TALKED ABOUT INTERRUPT MY PHONE SERVICE, TODAY IS JANUARY 11 AND MY SERVICE IS STILL DISCONECTED EVERY TIME I CALL TO CHECK IF GET THE SERVICE BACK THEY ADD ONE EXTRA DAY TO REINSTALL MY SERVICE BACK PLUS THEY NEVER MENTIONED ABOUT CHARGE FOR THE NEW INTERNET INSTALLATION NOW I HAVE 120.00 DOLLAR PENDING BILL FOR THE NEW SERVICE, PLEASE HELP PEOPLE LIKE ME THERE ARE BUNCH OF PEOPLE WITH  SAME PROBLEMS, ATT IS FAMOUS FOR THAT. THANKS FOR EVERY THING
