As an additional note.. they never post their physical address 8001 Irvine Center Dr, Irvine, Ca on any of their websites. They post their mailing address only. They have used multiple mailing addresses and change periodically. One of the most recent street addresses used is "ModAmerica", LLC, 6489 Quail Hill Pkwy Suite# 813, Irvine, CA 92603 (855) 256-1950.. a different website shows "Loan Mod Direct", LLC, 6489 Quail Hill Pkwy Suite# 813, Irvine, CA 92603 (855) 256-1947 another one shows "Modification Resource", LLC, 6489 Quail Hill Pkwy Suite# 813, Irvine, CA 92603 (855) 325-1970... Be Careful.. although they show different names, they are all the same company and when you call these numbers they all get forwarded to the same people. Remember.. although this company does outsource their clients to an attorney Rory Alarcon and his staff based out of new york,.. they do not call you back, they do not keep you informed, they have hundreds and hundreds of files that they simply don't have enough staff to handle all of them properly.. And once again, the so-called "Underwriters" have absolutely no authority whatsoever to get you a loan modification or to even determine if you "qualify" or are "eligible" for one.. they are simply the manager of a sales team which is the case managers.. don't fall for the "You have the compensating factors to get a modification".. different websites with different company names, when they answer the phone they use a different company name as well as instructed, when they email you it has a different company name too,.. just deal directly with the bank and if you don't get "approved" only the bank should use "approved".. then just save your money..
