ATVdiscounter, Frontier Imports Do Not Buy Anthing From This Rip-Off Company Dallas/Fort Worth Texas
I ordered a scooter on 1-15-09 and the nightmare began. They immediately charged my Credit Card. A month later, I still had not received any tracking number. My scooter finally arrived at the dock after 6 weeks. It was supposed to be FREE Shipping. Apparently, their credit was not good with Roadway (shipper). I had to pay Roadway 312.00 for shipping. I assumed that ATVDiscounter would refund this back to me (big mistake on my part).
I unpacked the scooter & it was damaged. Also, ther was no TITLE. I immediately left phone messages & SENT E-MAILS concerning these problems. After two weeks, no replies. I notified my credit card company to reverse the charges. This got their attention!
As of June 1st, nothing has been resolved. They are now threatening me with criminal actions, lawsuits, ruin my credit ETC.
The damaged scooter is still in my driveway & they refuse to pick it up.
DO Not do business with this comany!
