Auction Cabin Charged my account, never shipped item; called on it, shipped item and then recharged for item. Woodstack Georgia
This guy is a theif with access to credit card services. BEWARE!
Once you've chosen your part and made the purchase, you think all is great...you will recieve an automated email confirming your account was charged and that it should take about 10 days shipping. But while waiting after 3 weeks...you never receive the item. After you call and leave a message; (no call returned) or send an email - very much a person of few words; tells you there was a problem with your credit card...funny, my account balance is negative the amount confirmed from the email transaction.
So, of course immediately thinking their was a problem, i contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges assuming there was indeed a problem. Well, after a month, i finally receive the part. No tracking number, no heads up in email that it is on its way. ZILCH! Now 5 weeks later, my account is charged by this guy again UNAUTHORIZED for the same amount...This guy needs to be shutdown. BBB will be hearing from me and so will the local police in Woodstock Georgia for steeling and falsely charging a card for services already paid.
Don't give this guy any business...you will be sorry. Poor customer service, lousy communication and unethical business practices.
