AuraVie AuraVie sent us crap we didn't order, charged us two payment of $97.88 and won't refund. Van Nuys California
We received a box of skin care goods we did not order. There was an invoice for somewhere around $5 or so. In the "ship to" line, it had an e-mail address of [email protected]. No idea who this is. We received another invoice later on for $97.88 an called to cancel. They said they could not refund both payments. I didn't know both payments were made. They refused to refund the first payment because we were past the trial period. I didn't order anything that needed a trial. They they said if we got a police report they would refund. Do not ordere from these scam artists.
