Aurora Loan Services ripoff, lost payments, delays in responses,unethical. try to make it impossible to retain your house. Denver Colorado
The house was in bankrupcy. After having the bankrupcy dropped and in order to keep the house I would need to make the amount that was stayed in bankrupcy would need to be payed. No one from Aurora will speak with me to give the amount to bring the account current. They say that I must get the amount from the Lawyers. The lawyers claim that this could take days. In the mean time they are running up lawyer fees which I have no dought will be tacked on to the payoff amount. I have a the money for the past due amount but I think they will make the lawyer fees so high that it will be impossible to keep my house.
I have someone willing to buy my house but cannot get the payoff amount from Aurora or the lawyers. I think they want the house. This is not hte first time we have gone through this with Aurora. I did not choose Aurora my mortgage was purchase by Aurora.
