Aurora Loan Services Ilegal Appraisel's Approved Littleton, Colorado Nationwide
We were shocked to find out our property was recorded under the landcourt in Palm Beach County as a 3 bedroom 2 bath home versus the 5 bedroom 3 bath home it was built as. The appraisel happened to appraise a smaller home for tax purposes and to take in a lower mortgage out through Aurora/Lehman Brothers. Whenever we tried to refinance, the value of the home was showing at a lessor amount therefore we could never get refinanced. We are in the process of going after Aurora who approved this appraised value. I had sent a request in to the Aurora fraud line almost seven months ago on obtaining the appraisel report and nothing received as of Sept. 5th. Any help out there will be greatly appreciated.
