AustraLab Sam Stein AustraLab Review - Will Sam Stein help you make cosmetics & detergents? Internet Internet
AustraLab’s Sam Stein was very helpful when I first bought his AustraLab program about six month ago, to start business to make cosmetics and detergents products.
Before I buy it, I ask him if he can give me some extra formulas I need for other products I want to make, and to be fair he did send them within just a few days, and they were very good quality, so I appreciated that.
But around two week ago, I ask him for some more extra formulations, and he said yes, and I tell him I need them quick because I have customer who wants me to make special order for them fast.
I tell customer I will have samples ready for them very soon, because Sam Stein tell me he will send me the formula for these.
Then I don’t receive any reply from AustraLab or Sam Stein and if I don’t get formula, I can’t make products for my customer.
I don’t want to sound like those people who always want extra free, but Sam Stein did not do what he said after I buy the AustraLab program, and I am not sure what to tell my customer because I cannot make special products for them if I don’t get these formulas.
AustraLab is not a scam, but Sam Stein might not provide extra formulas for you in soon enough time.

I now feel incredibly embarrassed about making this complaint, since it was no fault of AustraLab or Mr Stein, and I must apologise for that. I am still not good friends with technology and had no clue what happened that my email got hit by huge amount of spam and it was not receiving anything. I did receive everything Sam Stein promised me, and even then something extra which is very generous of him, so I am very grateful to him and I promise him I won’t ask for anything else extra !!! I have already made samples from the formulas he sent to me, and both my customer and me are very happy with, I am already starting on bigger order, so I hope AustraLab accept my apology and thanks.

AustraLab / Sam Stein has resolved this issue with Oleg K.
I am Jennie, Sam Stein’s PA and I provide assistance for such inquiries.
When Australab received Oleg’s request for additional formulations, we informed him that it would take a day or two for Mr Stein to review his database and send the required formulas.
Less than 48 hours after the initial request, I sent the formulations to Oleg’s email address.
However, the email was returned as "Undeliverable - Mailbox Over Quote" with the message
- "the email server is unable to deliver your message because the recipient’s email box is full".
AustraLab continued to attempt to send the email for more than a week, to no avail.
The day after Oleg lodged this complaint, we received an email from him, apologising and explaining that he was experiencing difficulties with his email account, and had not received any correspondence form us.
AustraLab was then able to send Oleg his formulations, as promised.
