Penny Sansevieri have been intentionally delaying her payment, even after I sent my invoice via Paypal for the 4th month (of service I provided her), almost daily since Feb. 13, 2019. She kept insisting that she pays me in advance, - which is not the case as I showed her our original arrangement and email exchanges. She has been replying to me and even said she was in flight (on Feb 14.) and would pay later in the evening or first thing in the morning the next day. But she never paid up. And instead she kept on throwing all sorts of questions and clarifications - even if we are already in our 4th month of transacting.

The original arrangement was just for 3 months (which she diligently paid via paypal), but she extended my work as we are making progress in her Google search engine rankings. So again, I explained the whole process of SEO to her - even forwarded our past conversations via email so she can read through it , as all of her questions which needs clarification have been addressed before prior to starting my work on her site. This has went on from Feb. 14 until today. And she hasn't been replying to my emails for 4 days now. Please help me out in anyway possible. I am just a small service contractor and she owes me the 4th month of service which was fully rendered to her site.

I just want her to pay me up since we need funds to work on our other projects. This will also serve as a reminder to other persons or prospective clients (mostly authors) to think twice about hiring her services. She is a service provider like me and she should know that it is very frustrating to treat a fellow service provider the way she is treating me. She is not true to her words.

This is to inform your good office that the subject of this complaint is being addressed as I speak.  They have contacted me today to clarify our issue and hopefully to resolved this issue that was a result of a misunderstanding on both parties.
