Yeah they don't lie when they say they communicate back fast, but my car won't run with an email, it doesn't fit in the cluster. The truth of the matter is that I have tried another cluster in my car and it works perfectly, so that eliminates any further claims from them that they repaired the part, and what's more I can prove it. Since there are several cars like it in the shop. Just be careful before you send them anything, don't make the same mistake as me. Check out their rating on the BBB and now in here. I will provide this information to all the automotive forums as well to make sure other people don't get ripped off by them.

Mr Stewart Purchased our rebuild service to his original Mercedes Instrument Cluster ,We conduct Specific Procedural Repairs with Pretests and Final Tests after the repairs are completed our final Tests are conclusive that the Instrument Cluster after rebuild and final testing is a working Cluster, After it leaves our Facility it is out of our control. Some customers seem to think that since we repaired the Instrument Cluster that everything is going to work perfectly when reinstalled ,in most cases that is how it ends up , in few cases there are Issues in the vehicle that need to be addressed this is up to the Customer or his Mechanic to address this prior to Installing the part , These Instrument Clusters must be Installed only after complete testing of the vehicles system related to the Instrument Cluster. Mr Stewarts vehicle we feel has other issues that he has not admitted here or has not completed testing on to determine his original problem,With all Mercedes Sl Sel Se Sec Model Vehicles from 1990 to 1995 when removing the battery & reinstalling ,Jump starting the vehicle or simply having a low Voltaged battery will casue the Instrument cluster to go into a default mode and irreversibly damage the cluster each time it is reInstalled if there is voltage surge upon Installation or a short in the system this will cause the cluster to fail each time .Auto & Truck Electronics has Thousands of satisfied customers that have Installed their Instrument Clusters Properly with no failures since they took the steps to find and cure the issues in their vehcile before reinstlling the part. Mr Stewart continues to have a warranty with his initial purchase of our repair service to his Instrument Cluster . Thank You A concerned employee of Auto & Truck Electronics
