I AM writing this report hoping i can get some sort of legal advice or possibly find a way out of the situation i am in. I bought a car from auto expo in great neck last year and was promised 500 payments and said that was fine. ronnie,the finance manager told me that for the first three months the payment would be 799.98 but he would right me out a check to cover the difference. I was also told that i would not have to finance after the three month period they would put me into a lease. that never happened then they added a bunch of "points" to the loan unknowingly and furthermore sold me a lemon.. i am getting the car out of the impound and want to shut this place down, i have read multiple articles about this company and there fraudulent activities and i have had enough. please someone help me or try to contact me..

This claim made by Mr. George Dillieto was 100% accurate, and we did guarantee something which in fact we were not able to deliver. We had a guarantee by another Lending company that was able to buy the applicants vehicle loan and offer a much better program. However we did have an issue with the loan and the company was unable to make that promise. We took 100% fault being the guarantor for our lending company and had issued a Re-fund to Mr. George Dillieto for the amount of $10,130.00 and, in addition to the re-fund of $10,130.00 we also offered to find a new and very competetive auto loan for the customer in which he declined and stated on a notarized letter that he was fully satisfied with the refund and any additional services from us were not necessary. There were never any additional amounts added to the original price of vehicle, it was confirmed by the parent. Unfortunately the consumer was an extremely young and new buyer and yet did not understand the consequences of buying a car. Tax & Registration fee's always get added to the top. Hence "ADDITIONAL FEE's" Everything has been settled over 7 months ago, and to-date we have never heard any complaints from the customer nor anyone else regarding this purchase. All settlements have been notarized and we DID TAKE FAULT. Thank you again for the chance to make it clear :) ~Ronny Eltan
