i was charged for my laptop stand but after 3 days of no email for tracking or return of emails of messages left ont heir phones answering machines, i finally reached Raymond Rante (one of the owners) who told me it would be shipped right out and never was. eveuntually i physically picked up the item came home to find it was missing pieces and instructions. the websites instructions by piocture were impossible to solve. i called ray again, not only to be harrassed, threatened, called name after name but told him i had to call him back because he didnt have time to get my info. he told me he would fax me a return shipment label. he refuse to give me the address or his last name but after some searching i found his name. i have to file a fraud investigation through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY CONTACT OR AFFILIATE with these people. They will threaten you, your safety, and steal your money.

I 100% agree with the previous post. On Dec 23 2007 I purchased a laptop stand from these people. Luckily I printed off my invoice because I never received an email receipt. Two weeks later it still has not shown up. I had to call Visa to get them to credit my account. When you call you only get Voicemail and no one ever returns any calls or emails. I contact these people 5 times by phone and with 3 emails, no response. Do not use this company. I've noticed since dealing with this firm that they have to keep changing their company name and website name. That ought to tell you something right there.

Policestands.com is a great company with hard working people. We have been in business for over 5 years. We have sold over 20,000 laptop mounts. As you can see we have very few reports on this site. We understand that any bad reports are not good ,but no matter how hard you try some people just can not be satisfied no matter what you do.There are a lot of people in this world that will add a little to the story to make it sound better and some people leave out the important parts and foresure never tell honestly what happened from the other side of the story. Life is like a deck of cards: numbers cards negative & no's, face cards postive & yes's. It would be a lot better life if we had more face cards in life. Give us a chance and you will see we are a face card. Thank you for your time.
