Auto One Acceptance Corporation ripoff smoke-screened my contract, the most harrassing and rude finanace co ever!! Dallas Texas
Auto One Acceptance Corp. financed my car when I went through a divorce. They are a secondary type finance company so I was aware due to some personal problems I would have to pay higher interest. What I did not know is that almost all of my payment would go to interest. And if I get behind I can make a payment and not even get a penny of it applied to my balance!
If you are one day late they will call you 5 - 6 times a day and they are extrememly rude, harrassing, and threatening! They have called everyone I put on my credit application, including other credit referneces looking for me when I had my home phone turned off due to their harrassing phone calls! These people are unbelievable!!
They have call my parents so many times a day and they are too old to get up to answer the phone like this and when they were told "she does not live here, please do not call here anymore" they told my parnets "I will call as often as I want to and there is nothing you can do about it!" Who the hell are these people!
This company acts like they are there to help people who go through a hard time rebuild their credit when in reality they are continuing to hurt mine! The interest and contracts are very misleading and I am sorry I did not take an attorney with me when I bought my car...you usually don't have to just to buy a car! They make car salesmen look good though....if I can find grounds to sue these bastards...I plan to!
I am working with an attorney now! DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY unless you want to throw away your hard earned money!

My ex-husband bought a car that was financed through this company. I drive the car and make all the payments. When I became ill I got behind a payment. I have gotten rude phone calls, threatened every month. Made my double payments to catch up when I was able they promised to refinanced the car to a lower payment due to catching up the payments and they never did it. They have told me to get my sh** out of my car because they were on there way to repo! I have also been told they are sick of my a*s, to surrender the car! If I am even a day late I am being threatened. They claim I never caught up the payments due to the double payment was to late charges. They have promised to defer a payment and they wont. Spencer Gray from auto one calls so much on my phone!! Every time I call him back and or the company I get the run around and told I am no one to speak to they can only speak to my ex husband. I work for retail and THERE IS NO EXCUSE for a representative of a corporation! to act like a bully!!! DO these employees get paid mega millions that they could care less about there customers!!!!!! There is no one to report them too either!!!!
