These guys amaze me with how little they know and when it comes to asking about your refund , all of a sudden they can't help you and instantly hang up on you.What a wonderful way they have with customers,selling things they never had ,saying it was shipped and actually billing you for a non-existant part,sounds like they should be wearing masks. If they only acted more professional or even apologized for the gross misconduct ,but when they can't even email you thats pretty sad.I have made it a point to tell as many people I know that are in the trade and are involved the automotive field to avoid this outfit as it will cost you money and grief and the loss of customers whom were waiting the unreasonable amount of time autopartsgiant takes to do anything,they stock nothing .
