AUTO REPAIR WARRANTY, INC RIPPED OFF 3000 MILES FROM HOME WARRANTY VOID BY AUTO REPAIR WARRANTY FAIRVIEW PARK Ohio
We purchased an auto warranty for our 2000 Winstar paid $1200 for warranty it seemed to include everything we take care of our vehicle oil changes, PA State Inspections whatever...we recently went on a 6,500 mile trip to CA and thought our warranty was our backup..it gave us a safety net feeling..while out in CA we had an wheel bearing go bad and a left tie rod..we called Auto Repair Warranty Inc in Ohio and spoke with Travis and was told that THEY WOULD NOT PAY ANYTHING OUT ON OUR CLAIM SINCE WE HAD PAID $1200 FOR THE WARRANTY AND THEY PAID $1400 IN CLAIMS..THEY USE SOME UNKNOWN HEARST BLACK BOOK TO VALUE OUR VEHICLE SAYS IT IS WORTH ONLY $350 WHICH IS A JOKE A TOTAL JOKE EDMUNDS LISTED the book value from 2000 Ford Windstar Limited 4dr Minivan

which you can clearly see is way beyond the value used by this RIP OFF Group so Buyers Beware stay away from these folks big time..save the money and have the repairs done yourself..they like to tell you where to have the repairs done, do a time payment but in reality they use what the repair costs you to take off from the balance owed to them...So we were 3500 miles from home and had to borrow from family & friends to pay what our repair warranty should have done..BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS FROM THE ONSET
