auto trakk LLC i am late with my payments,yet they say the payments i made go towards late fees not my car payments Pa, pa,
in 2012 i leased a 2007 jeep liberty 22000 miles with my poor credit AUTOTRAKK LOANED me a lease.i only get payed once a mth,i but autotrakk is wkyl payments,and if wkly payment are not made,autotrakk remotly shuts car down,and must have full covered insurance ,for car to run,well im a few wks behind,and not driving the car,yet they charge me $30 plus for insurance for there part,when i call to make payments ,they say my payments are no good and go towards the insurace and late fees
i have asks them many times to send me a recipt but i do not get any,when i got the car i told them that i want to buy it ,,leasing was my only opption at the time,,i am hard of hearing so please tx or email me. thanks

If you didn't want to get into a CAR FLEASE, why did you? YOU are the customer, not them. You knew IN ADVANCE you are paid once per month...yet...YOU agreed to making weekly payments! Why? They shut off the car as part of their collections efforts which YOU turned "ON" because YOU failed to make payments. Full coverage insurance IS REQUIRED whenever anyone finances a car.
Quite frankly, its rather obvious, you are in over your head!
