Chris and JC were the employees of the dreadful company. I was looking for a car because my first one was totaled out due to an accident that wasn't myfault.

I choose to look around there because they appoved any cradit. yeah i should of known that was a red flag. To my surprise, this lazy-eyed freak came up to me and i was asking questions about some cars.

I then saw a bule jetta and i fell in love with it. He said that their was only one thing he had to fix and i was like okay can i test drive it. I did and it was OKAY..but he explained to me that the "pulling back" was because of that part that was missing and he was going to fix.

I did all I had to do to get that car and I put down a whopping 1100 for that piece of s**t. I noted to him that he had to fix my glove box and console clips and he was fine with that.

I than was notifed AFTER I signed all the papers(which i had no idea i was buying the d**n thing...OH AND remember i'm only a 19 year old girl...SICK FREAKS!!)that i had to get FULL coverage insurance. and that was fine but i had no idea is was going to be quoted at 299 and 331 and 250 a month for just insuarnce. So i called Chris back that next day and asked for my money back and that i didn't want the car. He said i just needed to grow up and that he wasn't going to do that and that he "couldn't" so i end up getting one of my good friends to put my car under his so it would be so much cheaper.

I then finally was able to actually drive my car off the lot for the first time since i had "baught" it and that was about a week and half after the fact. And still nothing was fixed. he said that the parts weren't in and that he would asap. then to my surprise again i found that the A/C and windshield fluid were broke and i told him to fix that as well. along with the linning of the roof and side pannels oh and to freaking detail it.

NONE OF THAT WAS DONE. EVER. than he finnaly got my emissons done...how I DON'T KNOW..because the very freakin NEXT day my check engine light came on and i found that the cooling system preformance was coming up. And my transmission was slipping.

I was laid off my job and told them if i could just bring it back to them without anything going on my credit of having a repo done and to get my money back and JC said that was fine but just don't tell anyone. and that Chris was going to "try" to get my money back................. Oh and to make things better Chris quit the following couple days.

These people are sick. They don't care about anything and aren't there to HELP but to F*** YOU OVER. they took all my down payment and the 180 payment i made ONCE.

If anyone can help me i would greatly be thankful. I don't want this sick company to do this to any other person of intergrity. I really don't know how these people sleep at night. it amazes me..really does!

You financed a car without doing any research. If you had done ANY research you would have known that every finance company requires full coverage insurance. Sorry, this is not the dealers' fault.

You drove the car off the lot knowing it had issues, not getting it checked out. You should know the #1 of salesmen.....If their lips are moving, they are lying. If you understand and accept that from the get go, you will be far better off.

You lost your job, and had to return your car. That's unfortunate but again, not the dealers' fault.

You are 19 and should never ever make high dollar deals alone. Take someone with you that has been there, done that.
