These guys saw my trade-in on a Saturday for a 2010 Honda Pilot. They quoted a price on the 2010 Honda Pilot. We discussed the price over the phone and they agreed to a price of $29.5 with trade-in (voice mail is saved) and asked me to come in. When I came in they said it was there mistake and it was for a 2009 (of which they don't have any of that model) and that they could do no less than $30.8. These guys give car sales a bad name.
It is really too bad that auto salesman can't be honest.

The dealer and I discussed this and they agreed it was their fault. In the end, I appreciate the fact that they did the right thing. Because this was an honest mistake and I believe they have integrity I will do business with them in the future.

First of all you were NOT ripped off. You were not taken for anything. It seems like the dealership made an honest mistake, but since it looks like you're perfect you wouldn't know anything about making a mistake. Again, this site is called "ripoff report" you were NOT ripped off!!!!!!!!
