On June 16,2007 I ordered a part for my old Chrysler. They immedaitely charged my credit card and then proceded to send me the wrong part. When I was finally able to contact them they admitted they did not have the right part. I returned the part and they assured me I would get a full refund. I am still waiting. It is impossible to contact the person in charge as he is "not in, not at his desk, or he will be in tomorrow." He does not return messages from his voicemail. It is a very poor system and I will never do business with them again.
