autopartstrain.com sent 2 defective power steering pumps and refused to make good temecula California
I purchased a power steering pump for my son's car. The first one was defective so they sent a replacement. The second one was defective and also made a grinding noise. They claimed it must be a bad lot and said I need to upgrade to a more expensive brand. But the more expensive one does not include a pulley and does included a core charge. I tossed my original because the lower cosr replacement part did not require it.
They refuse to credit me a core carge on a higher price part and will not let me use the pulley off the second defective part. So I am out my original pulley and core part and still am stuck with thier defective second replacement.
I recoomend not doing business with them and if you do, save your old parts becuase mostof their parts are defective. I will neve do business with them again. After 2 hour on the phone with a custoer service person who did not know what a pulley was - I gave up. They did refuse to credit me the core and pulley even if I purchase the upgraded part.
