While placing the order for TPMS, with Autopartsway.ca, I used the coupon code and the total amount was 121 CAD and shipping I used as a n economy shipping without any charges. However, at the time of checking out, the discount was not applied and they billed for shipping also. I was billed for original price of 148 CAD instead. Even the order did not go through and it is still showing in my cart. But after a day I received a mail that my order is being shipped.

I tried to contact customer care, but no results, then I wrote a mail for cancellation, but no reply.  The call to customer care, even after spending more than 2 hours to connect, could not connect.

I received the order, that also with less quantity than ordered. Instead of 3 qty they shipped only 2 qty. and now I am trying to return the product but no result.

Don't know, whom to contact, how to contact, where to contact. They mentioned there on the attached paper received with delivery to contact on some number, if there is any return. I contacted that number on the packaging slip as mentioned on the paper, but alas... that person says that the call is landing in USA, so I had to pay additional amount on long distance charge. That person says that, this is not the right place and he is totally blank as why Autopartsway should gave that number. 

THEY DON'T EVEN PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE! 

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

This is a very mismanaged company, managed by bunch of jokers and fraud persons and somebody has to take a action against this. I may be that person to take action and start publishing on social network sites regarding this fraud and nonsense company.

There is no reply on my earlier message. They are the worst company on this earth. They do not reply. They do not take a call. We cannot reach out to their customer care. There chat service is worst. They follow an unfair trade practice. They cheat the customers.

I would request all the customer, my friends and well-wishers to stay from this company and please do not engage in any business with this company. They will rip you apart.

Please do not let this fraud company to work in Canada... Let us throw them out of Canada... Canadians cannot tolerate unfair trade practice...If you are also facing problems or had been cheated by this fraud company in the past, please write to me on (((redacted))) or call me on (((redacted))), to discuss... I already identified a lawyer to work on this, and he had suggested to go ahead and not spare them.

At the same time, I ordered some parts from Prime Autos, they are so prompt in delivery and are approachable also.
