AutoPro Kinston Nc Defective unsafe vehicle Kingston North Carolina
DO NOT BUY HERE. Purchased a F150 and had issues the first week. Vibrating and shaking. They took the truck for one week and there certified mechanic lol, never found the problem. Cella ford in NewBern tells me a imbalance within the motor and transmission, but Autpro said no way and they replaced a gear in axle on the 6 day they had it, after arguing and fighting with this place the whole morning at there dealership. They must think people are stupid and to broke to afford a lawyer. My wife and did not want a new truck for the property, the only reason I purchased used. After this circus act these people told me the shake is still there but it will go away with that new gear. But I just wanted to get that truck out of there before they really ripped it apart. Luckily my wife works for a law firm and we documented all our conversations and dates dealing with these idiots. There in for a big surprise, they messed with the wrong person this time. I have some pretty serious health issues and these people put me in the emergency room 9/8/17 that afternoon when leaving this dealership. We will do everything in our power to close this place down.
