Autotrakk RIP OFF montoursville Pennsylvania
I have a loan with this company. I have asked several times to be removed from thier text list and this has not be done. Over the last several months I have really been having a hard time, June 25th I had a car accident, and the car was in the shop for a month then I was told my Cancer had progressed to Stage 2 and I needed surgery ASAP this was done on July 23rd, while in the hospital I received 3-4 calls and text a day. I spoke with Seth, who was very rude and unhelpful who told me “ he doesn’t care what I went through I need to make a payment, he knows people who has Cancer and pays there bills, then he said that he was coming to get my car today. I said some not so nice words and hung up. I am only 1 week behind and I made a payment today. The company has not stopped texting me and even go so far as to spoof there number so that i will answer there many calls through out the day
