I am the person who filed the original complaint. Apparently, by filing the complaint for all to see, Auto Zone decided to do the right thing & sent me the refund in full. I recieved the refund yesterday, Dec. 11, 2006. It is unfortunate that I had to wait ten months to get it, not to mention the frustration in attempts to collect. I suggest Auto Zone move their refund procedures to their local headquarters, rather than try to handle them nationally.
