autum ridge nursery Sent ornamental pear trees in 2007 in place of three varieties of Asian Pear trees ordered McMinnville, Tennessee
We ordered 3 asian fruit tree varieties and received 5 very very small twigs that were to be these varieties . We did not think that anything else was wrong with the order except for the extreme small size .We carefully grew these for years and finally this year they all began to bloom. It is now July and the fruit is no larger than a pea . We now know that we were sent ornamental fruit trees and no trees were shipped in the three varieties ordered .Our old pear tree is loaded with 3 " fruit on the way to full size confirming the deed . We had no way of determining this fraud at the time of receipt . Only now ,when the trees have matured can we see our misfortune To describe these varieties in such detail and do this is beyond wrong . It would be different if one variety was shipped this in error , but three is not possible and is fraud should not go without punishment .
