Avanti Enterprises, Inc. Ordered books from us years ago, never paid, never responded to letters and invoices. Had to take them to small claims court, did not open the door to have the papers served. Oak Brook, Illinois
Avanti ordered books from our company and sent us a purchase order, a promise to pay. The books got delivered to them but they never paid. We sent them repeated letters, invoices, phone calls, faxes even certified mail which they signed for but never paid. This was going on for more than three years. We finally took them to small claims court. Filed the papers with the court and when the process server went to serve the papers they would never open the door, he tried 13 times! He said there was someone there but never opened the door. This business is run out of his condo and not a real office building! This individual's name is Nilima Kumar and he just collects money and never pays for his services. Please be aware if you receive any purchase orders from this company you will not see any payment for anything!

Never had any problems with this or any other company in our dealings for over 40 years.
Do not owe any amounts to them.
Incorrect report filed - musty be remopved.
