After a free trial of both Avanti skin cream and Avanti eye cream, my card was charged $91.94 for a new batch of eye cream to be sent and $94.94 for a new batch of skin cream to be sent.
I called them immediately and was given the run-around that they could cancel my "subscription" but they did not offer any refunds nor did they accept product returns. I asked to speak to a supervisor.
The supervisor tried the same thing and I demanded a full refund immediately. She offered me a "1-time" 35% discount and I said no. She offered me a "1-time" 50% discount and I said no. She offered me a "1-time" 75% discount and, again, I said no. It was only then that she agreed to refund me 100%.
I received two emails stating my refunds were "on the way". I did receive the refund of $91.94 for the eye cream, but not the $94.94 for the skin cream. A few days later I received a package from them that was sent from Buffalo, NY.
I wrote "Return to Sender" on the box and sent it back to them. I contacted them and told them I had not received my $94.94 refund to which they replied "refunds take 7-10 days".
When I still didn't receive my refund, I contacted them again to which they replied that my refund had already been submitted. They told me to check my bank.
I replied to them that obviously the refund was halted in their system once the product shipped and that they needed to resubmit the refund.
I have heard nothing since, but they have had my $94.94 for almost one month now.
