I was ripped off by Rob Poston Avatar-Computer repair. I decided to go with him because I found him on Google and with couple good reviews. Now I'm thinking they were his own reviews!
I allowed him to come pick up my system and after finally hearing back from him, the diagnosis really didn't sound right, so I told him never mind, I could just take out my hard drive and use it as a secondary.
The end of my case, came to this.......they did not repair my computer and charged me $200 dollars! I feel like a fool, and angry to have something of mine taken, but hopefully people will be able to see these reports and be more careful.

We are a boutique computer consulting company and I know all of our clients personally. I have never heard of Kevin Blair nor would do we charge for diagnoses of systems and would never charge if we were unable to fix the system. Regardless if Kevin can provide an invoice number or another name that he might have dropped his system off under I would be happy to refund any and all money.
