Avis Car Rental Beware of Avis Ft Myers, Nationwide
I rented a car from Avis in the local area of Ft Myers, fl at was was to be a full size car when I went to get it they did not have a full size car that I could use so I ask to upgreade me and they did not have one so I had to take a car two clases dowm, the problem was they would not lower the price and told me I had to pay for the full price car or I would not get one I did complain to Avis customer service but it did not good.
On /27/2014 I tryed them again well today I got a bill from them fo $18.00 I guess on was on the sunshine parkway toll for a $1.25 cents toll charge so instead of paying for the $1.25 and charge my credit card but know it has to be all about what Avis can get you for so the Charge me for a weel for tools, why is it that large companys look for ways to rip people off to make a profit I WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN.
