Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The actions of this company are reprehensible and their main manager is the worst public relations person I have ever met. Dont use them!

They operate under various guises and MANY web pages and numerous scam reports have been filed against their multiple web names like wowcuba.com , Flexivacation, cubaplus, havanatur and many more!

Seems they are professional hackers as they even file fake complaints about their own pages then lead people to others they own like wowcuba or gocuba I am still trying to get a refund for my airport transfer and an apology.

I know many other people! Never again! Dont use them!

I am shocked to have read this complaint as I had nothing but positive experiences with WoW Cuba. I found them on the internet and followed their website to find the travel I was looking for. Their communication with me was prompt and professional and everything promised was delivered.

I toured (cycling in Cuba) with the company for 2 weeks and had one of the best holidays I have ever experienced and this was mainly due to their diligence and organization.

In fact I am considering returning to Cuba this year and they will be the first company I contact to assist me with arrangements.

It appears to me that the complainant filed his report with spite and malice and I find it very difficult to believe.

the truth about Online Travel Management

The folks from Rip Off Report provide the following advice to merchants who are unhappy about how they police their website (they don't edit/remove content unless you contract their "VIP Arbitration" services). It should be noted that they are not responsible, either, for the accuracy of any statements made by posters on this website. So any old demented, disturbed or otherwise unstable individual can come on here and make things up with little fear of retribution.

"If you think a report is phony, demand that the customer provide proof that they actually did business with you (by posting a copy of a receipt, etc.) If the customer doesnt respond, this will pretty much be the end of the matter.
Post the names and contact information for favorable references who can testify to the high quality of your business. Provide a summary of any awards your company has won. Offer a link to any outside resources which provide positive information about you and your business."

I challenge the OP to come one here with any evidence that he's ever been a client of ours. The report is totally fake, and an attempt to confuse potential customers. He has included three of his own fraudulent website names to further convolute the issue. While wowcuba.com, a website operated by my family's Canadian company, is 100% legitimate and has been operating for almost 20 years, Steve Marshall's company Online Travel Management from Tenerife, Spain, operates 100s of websites including Flexivacation, havanatur.com and countless others that are fraudulent. Steve Marshall used to have a business called Tour & Marketing in Cuba but due to debts accumulated there is not even allowed to enter the country, yet he continues to market services and take money for products he has no way of delivering. On the forums his strategy is to use false identities and he poses as his own "satisfied customers" in a sad attempt to sway public opinion in his favor. I understand he was also sued by Remax for trademark infringement while he lived in Cuba, trying to use a Puerto Rico license to sell property in Cuba.

He is a dangerous and conniving man. I have received menacing emails and one of his clients who has been in touch with me as a result of my participation in a forum last year reports that he's made threatening phone calls to her and continues to harass her using a chat function in his agency's system. It's scary to think that such a person collects personal data (your contacts, address, telephone #s, passport #s, credit card details) and then later abuses all of that information.

I sincerely hope that anyone reading this post can see for themselves that we are an honest agency. We have a Facebook page facebook.com/wowcuba where you can read multiple media reports (local and international) and interact with many of our loyal customers. As I mentioned above, legitimate travel agencies in Cuba are registered in the Cuban Chamber of Commerce. At this point in time we are registered there by our Cuban ground handler Havanatur S.A. Their website havanatur.cu should NOT be confused with Steve Marshall's questionable havanatur copycat website ending in .com This is how he lures in alot of his clients, by using names that are easily recognized by travelers but the changing the ending. It's how we got involved in this whole mess in the first place.

Sincerely,
Kristen MacQueen

This is Kristen responding from WoWCuba (www.wowcuba.com, www.wowcubatravelcom). Our Canadian company is in no way affiliated with Brit Steve Marshall's fraudulent Cuba travel websites. He made the original post here in order to deflect attention from his own abhorrent activities. Here are two forum threads where we participated. Although innocent travelers were and continue to be affected by his web of deceit and it would be wrong not to blow the whistle, we somewhat regret having intervened in this matter since he has turned this into a personal vendetta in complaints forums all over the internet, but for what it's worth here are the links:
