Let me start by saying that I'm sorry for what you've been through. i can't imagine how miserable you must have been and probably still are. However, this is not Avon's fault. I'm an Avon rep and if one of my customers came to me with your story I would have given them an instant refund and helped them complain to my company. What you had was an allergic reaction to the product. I have been using sss facial hais remover for over four months and have never had a problem.
