We purchased a 2005 Town and Country in which we were told that it qualified for a free dvd system installed in it. Upon completion of financing, our sales representative apologized for us not getting the dvd system. We had no idea what he was talking about, as no one had mentioned anything about it to us. Apparently, the vehicle did not qualify and now we could have the dvd for an additional $399.

Then, when the vehicle came out of detail we we told "oh by the way, there are some scratches on the side of it that we just discovered. It is not a big deal as we will repaint it for you." Our scratch actually ended up needing body work that was scheduled for three days. Then, we discovered that we only had 3/4 tank of gas, even though we had signed off on a full tank. We were told that new company policy only allowed them to put $20 in it as gas prices are too high!

Those three days ended up being eight days of frustration! Many unanswered phone calls, lack of respect for us as customer and most importantly the lack of acceptance for the responsiblity of this mess. Managers said that they would make this right for us, but we still ended up paying the $399 even after they agreed to eat the entire cost of the system! We were told that we could come back and get the gas card to fill up the tank with gas, but at this point they can just keep it!

If you do get a survey give 'em hell and tell all your family, friends and co-workers how you were treated there. I bought a used Bronco from North Park in S.A., on and on about their 100pt inspection. Had one factory shock and one $5 blown shock. So much for their 100pt. Went back a couple weeks later and the used car mgr. says too bad. Have bought over $150,000 in cars since then, some of which would have come from N. Park if they hadn't screwed me for a $15 shock.
