To Whom It May Concern,

February 11, 2006 I purchased a brand new Blue 2006 Hyandai Elantra from the Avondale Hyandai Dealership. I was promised as clearly advertised in the Feb 11, 2006 newspaper to receive 50 gallons of gas free, car washes, and oil changes for two years with the purchase of a new vehicle.

Since the date of my purchase of my new vehicle Avondale Hyandai has been recently purchased by a new owner. The new management refuses to honor my promised benefits.

I have records of me receiving the first four oil changes for free in 3000 mile intervals. The Avondale Hyandai dealership may also have in its records where I received approximately 30 gallons of gas.

After approximately four to five attempts to reconcile the above issue I have been forced to go to the public library and retrieve the article that was advertised February 11, 2006 to verify, and show as written proof of what I was promised. Copies of the newspaper advertisement can be furnished. The new management contends that they will only honor free oil changes for every 6000 miles citing that the owners Manuel states this to be the required miles/time for oil changes. The management also neglects to mention that the owners Manuel also states that under extreme weather conditions that the oil should be changed every 3000. The new management also refuses to wash my car unless I bring it in for service during the time of the visit. This is not what I agreed upon when I purchased my vehicle. The management at the dealership contends that since there's a new owner they do not have the old records indicating what I was promised.

I was given a dollar amount that did not add up the total value of the oil changes and free car washes i was promised.

As an air force veteran I'm outraged, and have been told by management that they will no longer service my vehicle even though I stay physically down the street. My advice is to just buy your car from up the street at the Bell Hyandai!!!
