#1. I do not in fact have her credit card information, nor did I ever have it in the first place. It was encrypted in real time and passed directly to the credit card processor, and never held or stored in our system. So her accusation is simply False. #2. She is welcome to remove her e-mail address from her user account anytime she wants by simply logging into her account. The e-mails she is referencing are standard member e-mails that are being sent out to THOUSANDS of our paid subscribers. She has not been sent any mail that every other paid subscriber has gotten. Once again, her accusation is simply false. #3. There is no policy of issuing refunds once a member activates their account and gains access to all the resources on the site. Whether they make one download from out databases or thousands, its all the same to us. If she was worried about the content she could have choosen a trial membership, rather than purchasing the full year membership.
