Customer service of real companies is 24/7, this company is M-Friday 8:15-5:00 and then it’s a message you leave online and good luck if and when they cal you back. Do NOT buy Defender cameras. We bought a Defender camer and no number available online. Customer service of real companies is 24/7, this company is M-Friday 8:15-5:00 and then it’s a message you leave online and good luck if and when they cal you back. Do NOT buy Defender cameras. AWEFUL! We got a Flir Fx and we got 24/7 customer service and 2 days free backup. We even have a cheap myDlink that is better. Just terrible connection and won’t stay online. Can’t look remotely over IPhone.
