He signed for the fedex shipment that had his refund in it, and I assume he has cashed the check, even though it hasnt gone through. So who is the liar. I am sick of this, his campaign finished and now wants to blackmail us with this form. If there is something I am missing I welcome you to email me [email protected], I welcome all email. Sometimes you get these people that dont know what they are doing, this guy emailed me and instead of asking me to stop the campaign, he wanted me to shut off his page counter (how can I possbily do that on his website?). He has no clue that he bought traffic and it already completed. He probably did very well with the traffic as most people do, but he doesnt even know what is going on. He filled out the form and paid twice and wants to blame that on us as well. This is getting more ridiculous as it goes on.

This rebuttal Martinelli is another outright lie! Over two weeks ago you claimed by e-mail that you sent us a check for $150.00. It never arrived! You have constantly refused to give us a phone number to communicate to resolve this. Now you're falsly claiming that you mailed me another check. Prove It Martinelli! I demanded that you refund me the full amount of $300 with a FedEx tracking number to prove that you mailed me a check. You refused. Your e-mail reply was that you would only mail another check for $149. Wrong amount with no proof of mailing! You are a compulsive liar! I hope the FTC nails you good this time!

This guy ordered traffic from us, and for some reason completed the order twice. The checks where automatically cashed, we had no choice. Then as soon as we knew they cashed, we sent him a check back for a REFUND. He of course doesnt tell anyone this. He got his money back.
Then his campaign completed and he wanted his money back for that as well. Basically this guy wants something for free and he can put up these BS reports and file claims everwhere. When we did the right thing. BS.

Go to your bank and file an ACH Fraud Complaint form and demand a full credit to your account of $300. You do not have to give any explanation to the bank other than to fill out your complaint and get your money bank.
Change your bank account number after you receive your credit. Don't warn Martinelli through his live chat window either. Just get your money back and tell everyone what happened to you. Cons rely on our shame to keep us quietlet's disappoint them.
