 I purchased my Lincoln Navigator from them, took quite a long time but the process was smooth and I saw no issues. We test drove the vehicle and all seemed fine, the check engine light was on and the computer kept saying "check suspension" so I told them I wouldnt buy it without the issues being checked. The issues were checked and all the check engine lights went off. Later down the road, the vehicle showed BAD signs of something was wrong. Around 45 MPH the car shakes VIOLENTLY. Turns out it needs an ignition coil as well as a entire tune up. Exactly what their "mechanic" was supposed to do in the first place!

Now I'm out of warranty with a vehicle that needs some SERIOUS work. Did I mention I have 4 children? They sold me a piece of junk and I'm scared to drive it with my kids and the engine blows. Next issue....issued me a 90 day temp tag. The tags were up on the 13th of November. It took me calling the bank to get ahold of them. I went to the MVD and was told there's no record of me or my husband even being on this registration. Finally the dealership TEXTS me, her name was Pam.

Tells me to come down to the dealership to resolve it, did I mention my tags are expired? She said the MVD was clueless and they would go down there and contact me after. SHOCKING I never got a TEXT or call back. I refuse to pay anymore money for a vehicle I cannot drive due to safety issues && registration issues. There is seriously something wrong with this company they are super negligent and sneaky! I know times are rough and sometimes these places seem like your last option but KEEP DRIVING DONT GO HERE!
