Justin Lich -AZ Quality Homecare led me to believe he can remodel(it is advertised on his website). We had an agreeement this would take 3 weeks. He charged me originally (((Redacted))) of which I was to put 50% down. When it came down to it he requested (((Redacted))). Then he took off on vacation and started the job 2 days late. He worked 4 hours at the most most  days , never worked weekends.

Justin always had an excuse as to why he needed more money. He asked for (((Redacted))) for shower fixture(the receipt I received when I fired him shows it was (((Redacted))). Since he was not licensed, I required him to get a licensed plumber, he did not like that. He charged me (((Redacted))) for the plumber, when I saw the receipt they only charged him (((Redacted))). 

Another time asked me for (((Redacted))), said he was out of money, he then took off some days to "move". Then he proceeded to send me text messages(which I kept) wher ehe is asking me to pay him the balance in full even though he is weeks behind on getting the job done. He says he is closing on a house and the money I owe him is his downpayment and if I didnt give it to him he would become homeless. I said No the firsdt time and two days later he asked me again.

When this happened, along with the work not getting completed, I contacted some friends who know contractors. I had 3 different contractors come to the house and they all said the same thing. It was the worst tile job they had ever seen in their life. There is no way Justin is a tile layer. He has no idea what he is doing, it is not up to code and it will all need to be redone. 

This horrible job includes: no drain pan laid, drain was higher than the tile, thin set not laid properly tiles just came off, drain was laid on top of the tile, uneven tile and deco band, floor was flat-no way for water to drain, ponywall was uneven and too short-the water would have been all over the bathroom floor, drain was siliconed, it should have weep hole channels-not up to code, did not seal drywall before putting tile up and not enough screws in wallboard, valve that he "fixed" was put in upside down, tar paper used as waterproofing on bench. He made decisions on things and would tell me after he did them, 

I asked for receipts several times and he did not provide them to me until I fired him and asked for them within 48 hrs. He did provide them but it was way after 48hrs. He charged me for gas, hot dogs, gatorade, hours that he did not work, receipts I can not read. 

When I fired him he was already almost 2 weeks after job should have been finished and there was still at least another 2-3 weeks of work left. 

Justin and AZ Quality Homecare should never be allowed to do this to anyone else again. He took (((Redacted))) from me and everything that was done needs to be redone which is costing me even more money, that I do not have. 

I have pictures and videos of his work and saved all the text messages.
