Sam Sutton is the guy you want to avoid, do not go near this guy . He will rip you off when your not expecting it . He flips houses acts the part but he will steal from you .this guy stole all my office personal property including a 15k cigar collection . Also locked up in a building over 1 million in metalworking machinery, 2 bmw cars are missing , sold I’m sure and my equipment inside is being sold off . He’s gota other shady guy fencing my equipment .
Do not trust this guy Sam Sutton Phoenix Arizona. I put up the venues he is running he’s a shady character, bully of the elderly ,animal abuse , liar , con man and thinks he’s above the law. About to take him down to proper level , left him enough rope and the thief hung himself. He got what’s coming to him. Remember stay clear do not go near this guy do not buy a home or anything. Some how he will cheat you. Up to you but you have been warned , or go ahead and take a chance with your hard earned money .
