B Magic Shop Refuse to fill my order and give a refund. Also accused me of switching the new cane for a used cane to get a refund. Arlington, Texas
I orderd 2 magic tricks from this website. I didn't receive any thing for 1 month.
I called and emailed inquiring the status of the order, the person said I should get them soon and let him know what I received. I received 1 item. It was broken and appeared used. I called and the person said to send it back for an exchange.
I sent it back in the same box within 2 days. They emailed me and said I switched the item with a used item and I must have purchased from ebay. I could not beleive what he was accusing me of. Another person emailed me and said his son was going to cause him to loose his business, and said he needed some time to replace it. It has been 2 months and I called today and the person said he wouldn't give me a refund and agin called me a thief. Don't buy anything from this company !!!
