B2V Salon / Alberto Borrelli (part owner) destroyed my hair and lied about it. They caused chemical burns to my scalp. I was crying and in pain. They were very defensive rather than apologetic. When I tried to complain, Borrelli lied and said I already had the burns when I came in! Then I got a threatening call from his lawyer. I see that many people have had bad experiences there. Please write in and contact me if you have had bad experiences at the salons owned by Borrelli.
