B2V salon owner Alberto Borrelli was dishonest and defensive when his salon, B2V, gave me a terrible cut and color. The cut was much shorter than I asked for and the color was wrecked. Alberto Borrelli actually lied and said I must have already had that hair color when I arrived for the appointment! Now I find that my hair is breaking off and thinning due to the chemical process. Alberto Borrelli went from friendly to very frightening during this experience. Painful, scary experience. Who else had this happen to them? Please let us know.
